- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give them zero stars I would. The folks we have dealt with have been crooked and dishonest. We are currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Among the lies they told us, is the Safe Driver program. The agent that sold us our auto insurance told us we put the device in our vehicles for 90 days and it tracks your driving. You get a 5% discount for participating in it, and any amount earned while the device is in your vehicle tracking, is additional. He was clear that it could not hurt you. When the program was over, both vehicles had a higher percentage than 5%. The discount is supposed to go towards the insurance premium, however we only saw a 25 cent difference. When we called to ask why, they explained that although my husband's percentage was above 5%, it hurt us, and all but cancelled out mine. These people are frauds, they will say whatever they want to get your business. Please do not use these tool bags!August 15, 2017by Bobbie McWilliams
