  Larry Buttermore State Farm canceled insurance coverage in error for one of four drivers. We were forced to get different insurance due to wrongful cancellation. Then several weeks after cancellation date had passed Larry Buttermore State Farm had his secretary Nan Bivens contact us to inform us of his mistake. His attempt to correct the error is to invite this driver back and if we bring the driver back we will get a few weeks credit. This is after the cancellation date and we were forced to pay for new insurance with a different company. This agent provides terrible customer service, meaning I have called the parent company and the agent and there is no compensation for the error other than bring the driver back, then we will give you something. After being a customer for over 10 years and my remaining 3 cars and one house policies, mean nothing. This is an example of pathetic customer service and the many people I have discussed this with confirmed their agents would know better than to make this error.
